European Supply Chain Academy — Where supply chain meets leadership.

Hi, I`m Dénes Bozsó

Supply chain has been part of my story since I was 14 years old.

What started as curiosity about how goods move around the world became a lifelong passion—one that has shaped my education, my career, and eventually my mission. At 18, I thought my path would lead to the classroom as a high school geography and history teacher. I’ve always loved explaining how the world works. But in the end, I chose to go deeper into logistics and supply chain management, earned my BSc, and committed to the field that had already captured my attention years earlier.

In 2010, I began working full-time in an entry-level role as an Air Freight Coordinator. That hands-on start taught me the reality behind every delivery promise: the details, the coordination, the trade-offs, and the discipline it takes to keep things moving when pressure is high and time is short. Fifteen years later, I lead teams managing order fulfillment and supply planning for Nokia—still driven by the same excitement I felt when I first discovered this world.

I love everything about supply chain management: the collaboration across teams and borders, the urgency and problem-solving, and that deeply satisfying moment when a process or system you designed actually works in real life—smoothly, reliably, and at scale. I’ve also been fortunate to share my experience on industry-leading stages, including conferences such as Reuters and Manifest, and I’m constantly energized by how much there is to learn and improve in this profession.

Teaching has always been a part of who I am. ESCA exists because I believe supply chain knowledge shouldn’t stay locked inside companies, job titles, or conference rooms. I founded the European Supply Chain Academy to share practical, real-world insight with anyone who wants to understand this field, grow in it, or fall in love with it the way I did.

If you’re here, you’re my kind of person. Let’s learn, build, and elevate supply chain together.
